Jadesola is a chartered accountant and a Public Financial Management Specialist. She had a private sector background before her debut into development consulting. She was the Lead Assessor in the EU/SRIP – Institutional Reforms and Change Management process of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

A Lead Consultant in developing State Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy document, which created Oyo State Nigeria Medium-Term Expenditure and Revenue Frameworks (MTR & MTEF).

She coordinated the development and populating of Nigeria’s Accountability Index Framework at the instance of DFID/IFAC/ICAN. The exercise included assessing the Federal Government and 36 subnational governments’ public financial management systems on Policy-based Fiscal Strategy and Budgeting; Budget Credibility; Management of Assets & Debts, Control in Budget Execution, Accounting and Recording and External Scrutiny and Audit.

She is a trained TADAT and PEFA diagnostic assessor and has participated in tax administration and PFM reforms in subnational Nigeria and supported the capacity and institutional development of crucial government PFM functions.

She is also trained and registered by Debt Management Office (DMO) Abuja, Nigeria as a Debt Management Consultant to sub-national governments. She has competency in Public Procurement and a Certificate in Public Procurement and Development Financing from World Bank Institute.

Jadesola supported Governance, Public Resources Mobilisation and Management Unit (GPRMM) of the World Bank Mission in Nigeria as a PFM Consultant for many years. She was involved in the Reforms, fiduciary assessment, in-depth studies and FM monitoring, supervision and review of sector projects in several States of Nigeria

She attended Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, and the University of Ibadan, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration

She is responsible for Operations & Strategy of Dauzi Consulting in an executive capacity.
