He obtained a BSc. in Estate Management from Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria, in 1994 and an MPM in Project Management from University of Lagos 2011. He started his carear with Bola Onabadejo & Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) in Lagos as a trainee surveyor and later joined the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) in 1996 where he grew to become the Group Head of Valuation. He led valuation teams in the valuation of numerous Blue Chip Companies, Corporations, National and State Government Assets as well as countless mortgage valuations spanning the Oil & Gas, Aviation, Hospitality, Power, Shipping sectors etc. He later established RAWLINGS EHUMADU & CO. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers), a professional service real estate firm. He sits on the board of some companies, including as MD/CEO of SILVERSPRING REALTY LIMITED; a Property Development, Construction and Allied Services Company. ESV Rawlings Ehumadu is also versatile in other areas of professional real estate practice and has helped Corporations, Banks, Small and Medium Enterprises as well as individuals solve their real estate challenges. He is also a training facilitator and mentor to young professionals and students.

ESV. Rawlings C. Ehumadu is passionate about professionalism and service. He has served The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor & Valuers for over twelve years till date in various capacities both at National and Lagos State levels. He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), Registered Member of Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (RSV) and a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Nigeria Group. He is also currently the Publicity Secretary of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN). He has twenty-six years professional practice experience as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
