Seconded from Uganda Revenue Authority, URA, as Special Advisor to the Commissioner General, Swaziland Revenue Authority 2016 – 2018 to support revenue enhancing programs partly through local, regional and international stakeholder engagements.

Tax Administrator of IMF supporting revenue compliance strategies in nine (9) countries; Nigeria, Mauritius, Liberia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Rwanda through DFID.

Provided technical assistance to URA’s Domestic Revenue Mobilisation program in mining, intellectual property, geospatial analysis for rental income. Member of the International Association of Law Enforcement and Intelligence Analysts IALEIA.

18 years’ experience in Tax Administration, rising to Manager Intelligence, Tax Investigations URA, with a special focus on addressing pains to revenue enhancement at a national and regional level, to provide high-level information to support positive policy changes. Led development of tactical and strategic intelligence which identified loopholes and fraud in the e-commerce and the construction sectors.

A data scientist with experience in analysing big data among the Large Taxpayers, including 8 years’ direct experience in Audits for Telecoms. Member of the Association of Chattered Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Left URA in March 2018 to execute a telecom audit for the Government of Liberia.
