Pulinus is a development specialist focusing on optimizing government revenue mobilization efforts through efficient and effective fiscal policy design and implementation. His area of focus is LICs and EMEs.

Dr. Iyika’s doctoral thesis centred on the moderating role of fiscal incentives on the interaction between FDI, FPI and the economic growth of Emerging Markets.

As an international tax administrator, I have also participated in policy formulation for the UN, OECD, The World Bank, ATAF(Africa Tax Administration Forum) etc. Of particular interest is the work on the digital economy focusing on 2 pillars.

I have participated in the research on tax justice for developing countries with Tax Justice Network(TJN), Africa Center for Energy Policy, and West African Tax Administration Forum(WATAF)

I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a candidate for the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation(ADIT, UK).

I currently specialize in International Taxation [Transfer Pricing, Nonresident(PE) taxation, Treaty interaction with domestic laws and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)].
