Mr. Billy Filibus

Mr. Billy Filibus holds a Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics (MTL) from NITT Zaria. He has attended several Courses on Transport Infrastructure, Development and Management, both locally and internationally.

A Post Graduate Course with an award of scholarship in the 2017 Delft Road Safety Course for Africa organised by Delft University of Technology, Netherlands in collaboration with the National Road Safety Commission, Ghana at Gimpa, Accra, Ghana and also Participated in a Training Workshop organised by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) on Clean Air Action Planning Strategies for Cities of Ethiopia, Nigeria and Kenya at Anil Agarwal Environmental Training Institute (AAETI), Nimli, (Near Alwar), Tijara, Rajasthan, New Delhi, India.

He is a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Nigeria; Modal Representative – Road. He is also a Member of the Group of Experts on Road Signs and Signals, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), Geneva, Switzerland. He is presently involved in Transport Policy and Transactions Advisory, Transport Infrastructure Development, Transport Technology and Engineering, Road Signs and Signals, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Road Traffic Safety and Motor Vehicle Administration Institutional Reforms which includes: IT solutions on revenue generation and Road Tax Administration.
